The UNSW Bulldogs continue to go from strength to strength as both the premier men’s and women’s leagues extended their winning streak. This weekend the club celebrated their annual Ladies Day at Henson Park. Under stunning blue skies, the Men’s Premier Reserves, Men’s Premier Division and Women’s Premier Division all recorded significant victories over the Inner West Magpies.

The UNSW Hockey #Whalies lived up to the nominal connotations of their namesake and had a whale of a time last weekend, with especially dominant performances in the Men’s Premier League.

Netball

A very successful week for our UNSW netball teams, with eight wins from 13 games this weekend, as well as two draws. The Sies are dominating the A1 division at the moment, with four wins from four games to start the season and an excellent percentage putting them at the top of the ladder.

Rugby 

In Round 5 the UNSW Rugby 2nd and 3rd grade teams recorded wins against St Patricks, as first grade conceded in the final minutes for a heartbreaking loss. But the amazing food, wine and prizes in store for next week’s Ladies Day on Saturday 1 June is sure to be a fun and uplifting day.

Football

A strong win catapulted the UNSW women’s team up to ninth position on the ladder as they celebrated Female Football Week by raising funds for the McGrath Foundation. The men’s team narrowly lost to FC Gazy Auburn.
